Slow cooked Turkey Breast, in a Southwest Rub, smoked for 6 hrs, pulled and added to a rich Homemade BBQ Sauce. Served with homemade Slaw, Cabbage, Red onion, Carrot, Coriander & Lime juice.

Pulled Turkey & BBQ Turkey Wraps, with Stuffing and Cranberry or Slaw.

Want to avoid the carbs ? as above but served on a wrap.
